廚房裡的菜櫥是早期常見的家具之一，隨著歲月的流逝，出現層板損壞與拉門通風網老化的問題。這
次，木島幫助一位客戶恢復櫥櫃的功能，還為其注入了新的設計元素。

Kitchen cupboards were once a staple in many households, but with the passage of time, problems like damaged shelves and worn-out ventilation nets on sliding doors often emerge. Recently, Bokto was tasked with restoring an old cupboard for a client, not only restoring its functionality but also adding new design elements to give it a modern touch.

木島的專業修理：脫膠層板換新

這件菜櫥的層板因長期使用，表面木皮已經出現嚴重的脫膠現象，無法再有效承重。經過仔細評估後， 我們與客戶決定為櫃子換上新的層板。新選用的合板材料與原有材質匹配，且耐用的合板，不僅提升了承重量，還確保未來長時間使用的穩定性。層板更新後，這件菜櫥彷彿找回了昔日的力量，實用性與穩定性再次展開。

Bokto’s Expert Repair: Replacing the Detached Shelves

Due to years of use, the cupboard’s shelves had severely detached, with the wood veneer separating, making them unable to bear weight effectively. After careful evaluation, we decided with the client to replace the old shelves with new ones. The selected plywood material matches the original structure and is highly durable. This upgrade not only enhances the load-bearing capacity but also ensures long-term stability. After the replacement, the cupboard regained its former strength, with renewed functionality and stability.

拉門通風網的美學升級

除了層板更新，拉門網子的替換也是這次修復的亮點。原來的綠色塑膠網已經損壞無法使用，客戶希望菜櫥能更具現代感，於是挑選了一塊白色黃花布作為替換材料。木島的工匠小心地裁剪成適合的尺寸，並細緻的安裝在菜櫥的拉門上，既保留了通風功能，又為菜櫥增添了溫暖且充滿個性的外觀。

Aesthetic Upgrade for the Sliding Door Ventilation Net

In addition to replacing the shelves, upgrading the sliding door’s ventilation net was another highlight of the restoration. The original green plastic net was no longer functional, and the client wanted a more modern feel for the cupboard. To achieve this, they selected a white floral fabric as a replacement. Bokto’s skilled craftsmen carefully cut the fabric to the appropriate size and delicately installed it on the sliding door. This modification not only retained the ventilation functionality but also added a warm, personalized aesthetic to the cupboard.
