這張實木書桌是客人為了搭配臥房空間而委託木島製作的，不只作為書桌使用，也能兼作化妝台，一桌多用。整體造型簡約中帶點復古韻味，選用淺色系的栓木（也稱為梣木）製作，木紋清晰、色調溫潤自然，讓人在臥房中也能安心工作與閱讀。

書桌依照標準桌子高度75cm、搭配一般椅子高度45cm製作，符合人體工學，無論是書寫、使用筆電還是日常工作都相當舒適。桌面的長與寬也根據房間格局量身設計，剛好擺放在床旁走道的位置，充分運用空間，不浪費任何一吋角落。

三段式緩衝滑軌與隱藏式抽屜把手

這次我們特別替客人安裝了金屬三段式緩衝滑軌，比起一般滑軌，它更穩固耐用、延伸距離更長，抽屜可以完整拉出。最貼心的是，收闔時會自動緩慢關閉，即使在臥房深夜使用也不會發出聲響，不打擾他人，也提升了整體使用體驗。

把手的設計則是隱藏式抽屜手把。手把巧妙地藏在抽屜下緣，從正面看去就像一整面平整的木板，視覺上更乾淨、俐落。深度足夠的圓弧溝槽讓抽屜輕鬆好開，實用又兼具美感。

客製軟裝家具三件組-打造專屬的用餐空間 Custom Dining Furniture Set

這回，木島為客人量身打造了一組充滿個人風格的家具組合。整體設計使用洗白色調搭配家中的空間，材質選用實木與天然藤編，為用餐區域融入清新感。客人有許多獨特的需求，讓我們一起來完成吧！ This time, Bokto created a custom furniture set filled with personal character for our client. The overall design uses a whitewashed tone to blend with the home’s interior, crafted with solid wood and natural rattan to bring a refreshing atmosphere to the dining area. The client had many unique requests—and we were excited to bring them all to life! 藤編餐櫃-收納推車及藤編元素餐櫃共分為八個格層，上方為四個抽屜，下方為四個掀門櫃，其中一格特別挖空，為推車預留收納空間，整體使用更靈活、方便。櫃體搭配洗白塗裝，保留木紋質感又有現代感。底部採用圓形實木櫃腳設計，不僅提升整體比例，也方便掃地機器人進出清潔。 Rattan Sideboard – Storage Cart Slot & Handwoven Accent. The sideboard features eight compartments: four drawers on top and four flip-down cabinets below. One section was deliberately left open to store a rolling cart, making the layout more versatile and user-friendly.The cabinet is finished in whitewashed paint, maintaining the wood grain texture while adding a modern touch. We’ve always loved rattan—it’s lightweight, breathable, and evokes a vintage charm. It also offers partial concealment of the cabinet’s contents, keeping the space looking neat. Whether for dining or work, it instantly creates more usable surface area. The finish matches the sideboard, using the same whitewashed spray paint for a harmonious overall look.We selected durable hardware hinges for smooth folding and unfolding, ensuring effortless operation and long-lasting stability. 使用自家木材改造—肖楠木餐桌 Using Your Own Wood – Incense Cedar Dining Table

繼上次廖先生將自家收藏多年的肖楠木材改造成桌板大獲好評後，這次E在網站上看到我們的修復實例，決定將家中珍藏的肖楠木一枚板交給木島處理，我們安排司機協助收送，為他們新家打造一張獨一無二的餐桌。 Following the success of Mr. Liao’s incense cedar table transformation, another client, E, discovered our restoration projects on our website and decided to entrust Bokto with a cherished single-slab piece of incense cedar from their collection. We arranged pickup and delivery, helping them create a one-of-a-kind dining table for their new home. 木板原始狀況與評估這塊木板雖然擁有歲月累積的紋理與香氣，但一枚板的厚重造型與尺寸略顯不符現代居家使用，加上木板本身有開裂的狀況，除了安全疑慮以外，尺寸也不適合製作一張六人餐桌。經過木島評估後，建議採用「拼板」的方式製作，如此一來能有效保留並活用這塊珍貴的肖楠木材。 Original Condition and Evaluation Although this slab had beautiful grains and a rich natural scent from years of aging, its heavy form and limited dimensions made it impractical for a modern six-person dining table. The slab also had cracks that raised safety concerns. After careful evaluation, Bokto recommended reworking the slab into a panel-style tabletop. This not only preserved the unique character of the wood but also allowed for better usability. 從剖木到拼板木工師傅從剖木開始，依據木材的紋理與裂縫情況，規劃出合適的剖線，彎弧及不適用的裂痕在這個階段會被淘汰，再使用帶鋸剖出所需的寬度與厚度。接著進行刨木，將每片木料刨製成相同厚度，之後再進行拼板與精細研磨，讓桌面平整細緻，展現木紋本色。 From Sawing to Panel Assembly Our craftsmen began by evaluating the wood’s grain and splits to determine optimal cutting lines. Warped or severely cracked sections were removed during this stage. Using a bandsaw, the slab was cut to the required width and thickness. Next came planing, ensuring each piece reached the same thickness, followed by jointing and precision sanding to create a smooth and seamless tabletop that highlights the cedar’s natural grain. 桌腳設計與修色桌腳則搭配溫潤自然的栓木實木，外型設計上採外斜角度，增添視覺上的協調與構造穩定感。桌腳的表面則選用與桌板相近的顏色進行噴漆修色，讓桌子整體顏色相同。特別的是，客人希望能在餐桌下方設置層板，方便收納熱墊、報紙等生活雜物，同時不影響坐姿的腿部空間。因此我們在設計層板高度時將位置調高，且將層板縮窄，確保實用與舒適兼具。 Table Leg Design and Color Matching For the table legs, we used solid ash wood with a gentle natural tone. The legs were angled outward to enhance both visual balance and structural stability. They were then color-matched to the tabletop with a similar-toned finish to ensure harmony across the entire piece. The client also requested a lower shelf under the table for storing heating pads, newspapers, and other everyday items—without interfering with legroom. 我們總是很開心再次見到熟悉的身影。這次來找木島的，是上次修復古董矮櫃的皮革店老闆。前幾次合作後，彼此之間已培養出一種默契—他知道我們能處理好每一處細節，而我們也知道，他對功能與質感的堅持，絕對不只是「好看」那麼簡單。這回的主角，是針車台改造。老闆希望將舊有的縫紉機鐵架改頭換面，打造出專屬的工作桌面，不僅要實用耐看，更要展現品牌空間的整體調性。 It’s always a pleasure to welcome back familiar faces.This time, our returning customer is the leather shop owner who previously asked us to restore an antique low cabinet. After several collaborations, we’ve developed a strong sense of mutual trust—he knows we’ll take care of every detail, and we know that his standards go far beyond just looking good.This time, the project focused on transforming a vintage sewing machine base. The goal was to create a custom tabletop that’s not only functional and durable but also harmonizes with the leather shop’s overall aesthetic. 為店面挑選木材及造型設計我們討論後，決定選用相思木實木作為材料——它的厚實與沈穩，剛好呼應縫製時對穩定度的需求；而那帶有天然紋理的木色，也能提升皮革店的高質感氛圍。皮革老闆為桌面設計了橢圓造型，木島在邊緣採用細緻的下斜邊導角處理，倒角並非常見的45度斜角，而是更接近直角的角度，視覺上讓人感覺更低調別緻。不只是手感順手，視覺上也更輕盈圓潤。這樣的設計也避免了使用時碰撞的銳角問題，讓整體作業空間變得更加舒適安心。 Selecting wood and design style for the storefront We decided to use solid acacia wood for its strength and stability—perfect for sewing work—and its beautiful natural grain, which elevates the overall texture and feel of the shop.The client designed an oval shape for the tabletop. At Bokto, we refined it further by adding subtle under-beveled edges—not the typical 45-degree chamfer, but a steeper angle closer to vertical. This gives the piece a low-key yet refined elegance. A small upgrade with a big impact on daily comfort.The drawer handle design features a hidden pull. Cleverly concealed along the bottom edge of the drawer, it creates the appearance of a seamless wooden front when viewed from the front—visually clean and streamlined.
