Return Policy

Product Appreciation Period

Except for customized products which are exempt from the 7-day appreciation period as per the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to Communication Transaction Cancellation Rights," you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the day the product arrives.

If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your name, order number, contact phone number, name of the product to be returned, and reasons for the return along with photos. Our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Instructions
Returned products must be unused and undamaged by non-artificial defects. The 7-day appreciation period under the Consumer Protection Act is meant for your hesitation and to confirm if the product meets your needs, not as a trial period; if informed by our store, please keep the original packaging (including the outer cardboard box) intact, otherwise, returns will not be accepted. Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:
- Beyond the 7-day appreciation period.
- Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, faults, destruction, wear, scratches, abrasions, or dirt.
- Return products with damaged packaging, incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
- Malicious or bulk returns.

Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare complete product and invoice → Send back to the designated return address yourself.

Refund Information
Credit card payments: Once the return is confirmed, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card used for payment.
Cash on delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.

Exchange Instructions
Exchange items must be unused and undamaged by non-artificial defects; if informed by our store, please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer cardboard box), otherwise, exchanges will not be accepted.

Exchange Process
When you and our store agree to handle it as an exchange, please process the return for the original order and place a new order with the store; our company will only issue an invoice for the difference and will charge or refund the fees accordingly; if there is no difference, no further action is required.
