Custom furniture can vary greatly in material, color, size, and style. One such custom item is a tilt-top mirror, with a unique requirement that when opened, the lid must reach an angle of 279 degrees.
This was a special custom order from an online customer. Although the product is not large, achieving the precise angle required meticulous planning and structural design by the craftsman.
The lid of the flip-door is secured with a strong magnet, making it convenient to carry and use on the go. The protruding handcrafted solid wood handle not only feels good to the touch but also adds a symbolic element to opening the door. Each time the mirror is opened to see oneself, it brings a sense of novelty.
Following the customer's custom furniture specifications, the mirror achieves an exact 279-degree opening angle, meeting the customer's satisfaction. We are delighted to provide a diverse range of product customization services. The designer at Bokto chose oak for its material, which is light and simple yet full of distinctive wood grain characteristics.
Custom furniture, in a world dominated by mass production, appears to be an exception. Historically, however, most products were tailor-made for the user for much of the time. Since products are made only after receiving an order, there is no pressure of mass production and sales. This ensures that you get what you pay for without any waste of materials, free from the traps of aggressive marketing and sales strategies. Items are bought only when needed, made only when required, can be repaired if broken, and materials can be reused. This is what we aim to achieve: creating valuable, enduring furniture that is truly worth passing down through generations.
