訂製榻榻米床架—白橡木實木床架，為空間與榻榻米量身訂製 Custom Tatami Bed Frame
這是一個以日式榻榻米為核心去設計的訂製案件。客人捨棄常見的彈簧或泡棉床墊，改用透氣、天然的榻榻米，讓睡眠環境更乾爽，也更貼近生活本質。
尺寸依空間量身訂做，從長、寬到高度精準配置，讓床架剛好放入空間中，完整利用每一寸位置。
This is a custom project designed around traditional Japanese tatami. The client chose to replace common spring or foam mattresses with breathable, natural tatami, creating a drier and more grounded sleeping environment.All dimensions are tailored to the space, including length, width, and height, allowing the bed to fit perfectly and make full use of every inch.
依榻榻米尺寸設計的床架結構
我們依照三片榻榻米的放置方式去規劃床架結構，每片下方都設計完整的橫向支撐，讓受力平均、不塌陷。實際踩踏時穩定紮實，床架能穩穩支撐榻榻米與榻榻米之間的重量，使用上更安心。
在看不見的床框連接處使用公母榫結合，維持整體俐落外觀，同時確保結構穩固。安裝時則拆分為床架主體、圓腳與三片床板，在不影響強度的前提下，讓搬運與進場更順利，也保留日後使用的彈性。
Structure Designed Based on Tatami Dimensions The bed frame is planned according to the layout of three tatami mats. Each section is supported with full horizontal reinforcements underneath, distributing weight evenly and preventing sagging. When stepped on, it feels firm and stable, properly supporting the load between each tatami section for reliable daily use.Hidden mortise-and-tenon joints are used at the bed frame connections, maintaining a clean appearance while ensuring structural strength.For installation, the structure is divided into the main frame, round legs, and three bed panels. This allows easier transport and on-site assembly without compromising durability, while also providing flexibility for future use.

塗裝由專業漆廠依客人指定色進行調配，透過特殊技術，在呈現現代色感的同時，保留白橡木原有的木紋細節。不是厚重覆蓋，而是讓木頭質地自然透出，與地板與牆面形成和諧關係。 Professional Finishing that Preserves Wood Grain The finish is custom-matched by a professional coating factory based on the client’s selected color.
